Originated in Arabic and presented beautifully on behalf of the Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) of Abu Dhabi, Sarareed is the first of its kind cook book that promotes traditional Emirati cuisine, values and hospitality. To provide high-quality book writing and translation with a focus on paying homage to the Emirati heritage, we conducted an in-depth research on time-honoured recipes and made a special effort to preserve the Emirati dialect within the Arabic writing while highlighting the Emirati lifestyle, traditional terminology and its rich hospitality culture.
